  • App has cloud based storage to store photographs, descriptions, inventory etc. Doesn’t use storage in own IT system and available remotely.
  • Docusign available as an extra so tenants can legally sign documents via the App – this is coming in version 2.
  • Tenants/Purchasers can communicate via the App.
  • Send individual or group notifications to App users. This is a really useful function given the concerns over direct mail and GDPR. When you download the app you agree to being sent communications. This will encourage two-way communication on all matters – property, social, local news etc.
  • The option to promote insurance for rented properties through a quote and buy portal linked to the app. This will generate income. The insurance plug-in will follow in Version 2.
  • Back Office Admin function to manage buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants on Google, accessible remotely.

  • Lessor documentation can be handled in the same way.
  • Letters like emergency arrangements for Christmas can be sent via the App instead of printed and posted.
  • Faults and problems can be dealt with via the App. The lessee can upload a picture of the issue so you can best decide how to deal with it.
